Data Update Requirements

Dear Client,
"BrokerName" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization") draws your attention to the fact that, in order to comply with legal requirements, you must immediately provide the Organization with information about any changes (if any), within seven business days following the day of such changes, occurring in:
•    Questionnaire data, including registration or passport data; and/or
•    Constituent and other documents previously provided to the Organization; and/or
•    Contact information; and/or
•    Bank and other details; and/or
•    Information about your legal capacity and/or competency; and/or
•    Information about your authorized representatives, beneficiaries, and beneficial owners; and/or
•    Status as a person subject to the foreign law on the taxation of foreign accounts (FATCA, 173-FZ); and/or
•    Any other information previously provided to the Organization (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Changes").
If the Organization does not receive information about the Changes from you, the information provided by you earlier will be considered current and unchanged.
If there are Changes, such Changes must be confirmed by providing the relevant documents to the Organization.
We hereby notify you of the need to provide current bank details for their inclusion in the disclosure of owner lists at the request of the higher-level depository. The absence of bank details, as well as current data, may result in non-receipt of income.
We draw your attention to the fact that in order for the Organization to comply with the requirements of current legislation, if doubts arise regarding the reliability and accuracy of previously received information, the Organization has the right to refuse to execute a client's instruction to perform a transaction, except for transactions crediting funds received into the account before receiving updated information and/or documents.
